BREAKING: Billionaire kidnapper Evans wins first case in court

The court has ruled that the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by billionaire kidnapper Evans can proceed – Evans initiated a suit against the Police over infringement on his fundamental rights before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos – The Police argued that the suit was not ripe for hearing since the Inspector-General of Police and the commissioner have not been personally served Billionaire kidnapper Evans has won the first round of his court battle as the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos on Wednesday, August 16 ruled that the fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by him can proceed.

The objections of the Lagos state Police Commissioner and the Special Anti-Robbery Squad was dismissed by Justice Abdulaziz Anka who agreed with counsel to Evans, Olukoya Ogungbeje, that service on the first and second respondents had been properly effected.

others converge In the case against Evans, the first and second respondents are the inspector general of Police and the Nigeria Police Force while other respondents, Justice Anka in his ruling said that Order 4 Rule 5 of the Fundamental Rights Enforcement Procedure Rules of 2009 enjoins the court to pursue speed and justice on issues of fundamental human rights. Bizzi Arena had reported that counsel to the police Mr Eze argued that the suit was not ripe for hearing since the Inspector-General of Police and the commissioner have not been personally served.

In countering Eze’s argument, Ogungbeje insisted that Order 5 Rule 2 of the Fundamental Rights Enforcement Procedure Rules of 2009, gives him the opportunity to the agents of the respondent.

Story line of Beauty’s Odebala

This is a true story not false,
There is a woman name Beauty Odebala,
This woman was married on early 80’s to Monday Abeke an accountant in PTI(petroleum training institutes) warriors,Delta Sate.
The problem in their marriage was just anger,
I mean, any small issues both gets angry easily and that leads it all to divorce, the woman gave birth to two children,
They live in Sapele Delta State,
Since the divorce, their father refused to take the responsibility of his own children.
A God gifted Grandmother called Mrs Magrate  Abeke, the mother of Monday Abeke took her son’s children and took care of them till they finish secondary school.
When, the children got old enough they told their grandma that it is time to at least see their mother,
When, this children saw there mother they still recognized her, they saw their mother at Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel,
But, the way they saw their mother was not that good, if you know what I am saying you will understand,
The children was very angry at their father that he is not trying at all,
But, they didn’t know that the bigger problems are from her own family of greediness,
The family of Beauty Odebala was a mess and still remains useless dogs, these people will use the own head to do something and still pretend being good to that person.
